Privacy Policy

Enfluencer ("we") is operated by Testbook Edu Solutions Private Limited. It helps creators understand their content, reply to their audience on Instagram, and sell to them. This policy explains what we collect, why, who we share it with, and how you can delete it.

What we collect

• Your account: name, email, password (stored only as a one-way hash), plan and credits.
• Public social data you ask us to read: when you enter an Instagram or YouTube handle, we fetch that account's public profile and recent public posts (captions, view, like and comment counts, cover images) through our data provider Apify.
• Instagram, if you connect it: your Instagram professional account ID, username, profile details and an access token. To run your automations we receive comments and messages sent to your account (the text, the sender's Instagram ID and username) and send the replies you set up.
• Videos and files you upload: reels you upload for a reel check, files you sell, PDFs you send in auto-DMs, and images for your store.
• Your buyers: when someone buys from your store we collect their name, email, phone and the answers to your custom questions, and keep a record of the order. Payments are processed by Razorpay; we never see or store card, UPI or bank login details.
• Payout details: to pay you your share of sales, your bank account, IFSC, address, phone, email and (optionally) PAN are sent to Razorpay, which stores them. We keep only the last four digits of your account number and your IFSC.
• Google Calendar, if you connect it: permission to create events on your calendar, used only to add Google Meet links to paid calls.
• Usage: visits, clicks and purchases on your public pages (with a visitor ID cookie) so we can show you which posts and links bring sales.

How we use it

• To produce your audits, reel checks, scripts and other AI outputs.
• To run the Instagram auto-replies you configure, and only those.
• To run your store: checkout, bookings, delivering purchases, splitting payments and paying you.
• To keep the service secure, prevent abuse and fix problems.

We do not sell personal data, and we do not use your Instagram messages for advertising.

AI processing

To analyse your content, we send the relevant data (for example a reel's audio, frames and captions, or your public post statistics) to large language model providers through our model gateway. They process it to return results to us.

Who we share it with

• Hosting and storage: Google Cloud (India) and Microsoft Azure (India).
• AI model providers, via our model gateway, as described above.
• Apify, to read public social media data.
• Meta (Instagram), to connect your account and send your replies.
• Razorpay, for payments, refunds and payouts.
• Google, for Calendar and Meet, if you connect it.
• Authorities, where the law requires it.

How long we keep it, and deleting it

• We keep your data while your account is active.
• Delete your account: Settings → Account → Delete account.
• Disconnect Instagram: in the app, or in Instagram (Settings → Apps and websites → remove Enfluencer). Removing it in Instagram also sends us a deletion request; we then delete your access token, your auto-reply history and the contacts collected by auto-replies. See Data deletion.
• For anything else, including uploaded files, write to us and we will delete it within 30 days, unless the law requires us to keep it. For example, order and payment records are kept for tax purposes.

Your rights

Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask to access, correct or erase your personal data, withdraw consent, and raise a grievance. Contact us using the details below. If your grievance isn't resolved, you can approach the Data Protection Board of India.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS). Access to production systems is limited to the team that runs Enfluencer. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affects you, we will tell you as the law requires.

Children

Enfluencer is for creators aged 18 or older. Anyone under 18 may use it only with verifiable consent from a parent or guardian.

Changes

If we change this policy in a way that matters, we will tell you in the app before it takes effect.
