Terms of Service
These terms are an agreement between you and Testbook Edu Solutions Private Limited for using Enfluencer. By creating an account you accept them.
The service
Enfluencer gives creators AI analysis of their content, Instagram auto-replies, a store with checkout and bookings, affiliate links, and brand-deal tools. Some features depend on third parties (Instagram, Razorpay, Google, AI providers) and may change or stop if they change their services.
Your account
- Give accurate details and keep your password safe. You are responsible for activity on your account.
- Only connect social accounts you own or are authorised to manage.
Your content and your audience
- You own what you upload and sell. You give us permission to store, process and display it so we can run the service for you.
- You are responsible for your products, offers and messages: they must be accurate and lawful, and you must deliver what you sell.
- Your auto-replies must follow Instagram's terms and policies. No spam, misleading messages, or messages to people who haven't interacted with you.
Payments and payouts
- Buyers pay through Razorpay. Our platform fee is set by your plan and shown in the app (Settings → Get paid). Razorpay's payment fee is deducted from your share unless your plan says otherwise.
- Automatic payouts start once Razorpay verifies your bank details. Sales made before that are settled to you separately.
- You handle refunds and disputes with your buyers. Refunds and chargebacks are deducted from your share.
- Plan fees and AI credits are non-refundable, except where the law requires otherwise.
AI output
AI suggestions can be wrong. Check facts, numbers and claims before you post or act on them. You are responsible for what you publish.
Acceptable use
Don't misuse the service: no illegal or harmful content, no attempts to break or overload it, no scraping it, and no using it to harass anyone.
Suspension and closing your account
You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms or put buyers, creators or the service at risk. Where possible, we will tell you why first.
Liability
The service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, or third-party failures (Instagram, Razorpay, Google or AI providers). Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes go to the courts of Noida, Uttar Pradesh.
